The coolest color blue...front doors and desk chairs.

 This is Cool Turquoise!

Inspired by an antique cabinet she saw, Beyond the Screen Door blogger and designer Sonya Hamilton painted her own front door a brilliant blue-green and applied a glaze to mute the effect. The color is Sherwin-Williams Nifty Turquoise.
I am in love with this color!! I know, I know, I am in the middle of so many other projects, how can I be thinking about painting my front door also?  Well, I love the color so much, I think I have to purchase it to paint my front door and a chair for my daughters desk.  You see, I can kill two birds with one stone, sort of speak!?
I pinned this door awhile back because the color was so inviting, and found it again the other day.  The blog is fantastic also!  I just couldn't stop thinking about the color.  So,  yes, I still need to finish painting my daughters walls and the floors, but my mind runs a million miles a minute and I think about all the aspects of the design as I work. So cool colored chair: CHECK! Cool painted front door: CHECK!
I thought I would share a bit more pinning inspiration with you also today, I am off to finish painting!!
Just a little blue door inspiration for your day!!
Thanks for stopping by.
