Kids helping in the garden, and a gorgeous clematis vine.

My Mothers Day was wonderful! I have to thank my family for making it extra special, including enjoying the gorgeous sunshine.  My little ones helped plant my vegetable garden.   They love to dig and play in the dirt!  This year, I let them use one of my raised beds for planting cantaloupe seeds.  I do not know how this will turn out, but they had fun planting and my daughter journaled the time frame from the seed pack, and thinks we may see some juicy ripe fruit sometime late July!?

I also wanted to share a gorgeous picture of my clematis vine growing on the side gate arbor.  It is so full of blooms, it is amazing!  I have worked planting perennials over the years, so it is not too much work each spring for myself, and this is just one of my favorites, that comes back bigger each year!

Well, that is all for me today.  I plan to share more photos of my gardens soon.

Thanks for stopping by and reading!  Stay tuned, I can't wait to share more with you!
