This post is long overdue.  I finished the Raleigh Headboard and the hardwood months ago, and yet, I still had not shared photos of the finished product...  Well, I don't think I am every really finished with a project, I always feel a room can be tweaked, and I tweak with the best of them.  I have not been able to decide on window treatments. I have ideas,  but sometimes like the idea of the clean lines and no draperies...  Oh, well.  I decided to share a few pics of the room as is.

I keep the color theme very simple and neutral.  I have so much color in every other room of my home, I wanted a refuge of calm and simplistic.

Here you get just a glimpse of my gorgeous sheepskin rug.  So soft and luxurious to step out of bed.

I had made a full slip cover for this chair, but ended up liking the Shabby Chic look without the chair cushion covered.  I love mixing the unexpected,  such as the little modern side table and my antique chair with a hide covered ottoman.

The master bath wall color is one of the MANY upcoming projects... That green is just not working.

Remember my tutorial on "How to make a French Laundry Basket"?  It is the perfect storage container for my throw blankets.

One of my favorite aspects of this room is my chandelier.  Isn't she a beauty?
