Fall Tablesetting Ideas… Gathering with Friends and Family.

October Greetings Friends!

I love this time of year!  I love the idea of life slowing down a little and

gathering with friends and family and spending time together.  I want

to create a warm, and cozy atmosphere that says; sit and stay awhile.

Today, I thought I would share  a few ideas for creating gorgeous

table settings for your fall parties and even planning ahead for Thanksgiving.

I shared a post last year from my table  I created using what I had

around the house and using natural items such as pumpkins,

gourds and barn wood to create a cozy setting for the holiday.

I used a piece of old barn wood for the center and added pumpkins, and mini
gourds as well as candles down the center for simplicity.

My old plastic gold chargers got a fresh coat of chalkboard paint!.
I wrapped mason jars with burlap and ribbon.

What cozy fall meal doesn't need a little bourbon??

For a little extra touch, I wrapped each dining chair with burlap ribbon.
(Which I used again at Christmas with ribbons and ornaments… more on that soon.)

So, today I did a little searching on Pinterest for a bit more inspiration for

fall  ideas.  I thought I would share a few of my favorites.

I love the candles and fullness of this centerpiece.

This old box full of pine cones and pumpkins and adding height
with the use of the ironstone pitcher is gorgeous.

I love this mix  of everything…. I think I have candles like these.

I adore the hydrangeas in this centerpiece, as well as the white
pumpkins.

Outdoor fall gatherings should be gorgeous also!!
I really like using all the tree or branch elements such as the chargers
place card and candle holders.

Could you imagine having a cozy meal with friends and family here?
I think I would like to have an outdoor harvest meal this year.

Well, I hope that you  have been a bit inspired for your fall gatherings.

The simple things in life, like slowing down and sharing

meals and stories with your friends and family are what the

 "good life"  is all about.

Fall Blessings to you and yours.

Have a Wonderful Week!
